:Here is what I think happened: The titles "Actually" and "I am", which are original titles for the Moogle missions, were incorrectly used for the Submarine Carp event, meaning they probably weren't awarded again if you already had them. :The same thing happened with the titles for the Adamantite Ore quests by the way, "In a Way" and "Possibly" were awarded for the Blue Trident Anchor event, so now you will get nothing from those quests.
