The Shop allows the Player to purchase Medals and storage capacity for Jewels, sell Materials for Munny, or purchase Jewels with real-world money.

Medals can be purchased through various deals—one Medal for 300 Jewels, three Medals for 600 Jewels, five Medals for 1500 Jewels, or ten Medals for 3000 Jewels. The 1500 and 3000 Jewel deals change regularly, and are usually used to promote the newest Medals or features. During some weeks, a Falling Price Deals is available, lowering the price with each consecutive purchase, with a minimum price of 1900 Jewels for ten Medals. Each Medal deal has set lower bounds for the rarity of the Medals it will grant, but each Medal purchased has a chance of being a higher rarity than the minimum. Starting from September 2, 2016, medals that drop from quests will no longer be included in Medal deals.

In contrast to the Medals, the Jewel and storage capacity deals do not change. Most purchases of Jewels come with Skip Tickets, while the "Weekly Jewels Extravaganza!" instead allows the Player to access Special and VIP Quests regardless of day. The Player can also purchase 5 slots of additional Medal storage capacity for 100 Jewels, to a maximum of 3,000 slots. Sometimes, a Medal Storage Sale is available, which halves the price of increasing storage capacity.

The Shop also allows the Player to sell any excess Keyblade Materials, excluding materials which are finite in number, like Mythril Shards and Orichalcum. Mythril Stones can be sold for 50 Munny, Mythril Gems for 100 Munny, Mythril Crystals for 150 Munny, and all other Materials for 10 Munny.
