In the Japanese version, Neku & Shiki & Joshua was available as a reward in the second High Score Challenge from July 8 to July 21, 2016.
In the English version, it was available as a reward in the tenth High Score Challenge from November 18 to 24, 2016.[1]
In both versions, Neku & Shiki & Joshua was available again in the The World Ends with You Medal Cross Board from October 1 to 7, 2018.[2]
