The in-game descriptions for rarity (not star rarity) are "Normal" (what we called Rare), "Rare" (also known as Epic), and "Super Rare" (what we called Limited. It's going to take some work to disentangle these, and there might be instances where a medal is rare in JP and Normal in NA, I don't know what to do with that.
Also, the game classes medals as "Attack" if you can attach them to your Keyblade, and doesn't differentiate between ones that do only damage and ones that do damage as well as buff, debuff, or healing.[[User:KrytenKoro|KrytenKoro]] ([[User talk:KrytenKoro|talk]]) 05:31, 14 June 2016 (PDT)
