Three Fairy Godmother medals are used to evolve a 3★ medal to 4★.
You can obtain Fairy Godmother medals by completing the Low level mission in the Evolution Daily Dungeon on Fridays or by beating Guard Armor or Guard Armor Subspecies Raid Bosses.
Fairy Godmother medals can also be obtained by defeating Pretenders in quests 174, 206, and especially 270.
