Undo revision 89876 by Xeldain (talk) There's not really a pattern to levels and BP anymore, as opposed to before today's update, so I don't think it's worth explaining it. Higher ranks just have higher level enemies.

World Battles of higher Ranks contain the enemies of lower Ranks (albeit at higher levels) and add new enemies. Enemies in 2-star World Battles are 10 Levels higher than in 1-star. In 3-star World Battles, enemy strength is raised between 8 and 15 levels relative to 2-star World Battles, with the largest difference occuring for the weakest enemy (Shadow) and the smallest difference occuring for the strongest enemies. In 4-star World Battles, this relation is reversed, and weaker enemies become 10 Levels higher, while the strongest enemy (Invisible) gains 15 Levels.
