In the English version, Terra & Ventus & Aqua was given away on September 12, 2016 to players who had an Illustrated Terra, an Illustrated Ventus, or an Illustrated Aqua Medal before the end of the 09/02/2016 - 09/08/2016 Epic Medal Carnival. Players were able to get this Medal up to 3 times in total and duplicates of the same Illustrated Terra/Ventus/Aqua Medals did not give more Terra & Ventus & Aqua Medals.
