Illustrated Terra A can be evolved into SN - Illustrated Terra by using 5 non-boosted 7★ Illustrated Terra A Medals.
SN - Illustrated Terra can be evolved into SN+ - Illustrated Terra by using 5 Dual Meow Wow [SAB LV 9] Medals.

In the Japanese version, Dedicated Awakening Medal #120 was available during the 06/13/19 - 06/30/19 "Terra Illustrated Ver" Medal Board.
In the English version, Trait Medal #117 was available in the 06/13/19 - 06/30/19 Illustrated Terra A Medal Board.
