In the Japanese version, it was available in the The World Ends With You 10th Anniversary Commemorative Event from August 1 to 6, 2017.

In the English version, it was available as a reward in the twenty-ninth High Score Challenge from November 10 to 17, 2017. Players that managed to rank within the top 1000 received a boosted version of Sora & Neku that has 1,000 more base strength and defense.
