Illustrated Terra A can be evolved into SN - Illustrated Terra by using 5 non-boosted 7★ Illustrated Terra A Medals.

SN - Illustrated Terra can be evolved into SN+ - Illustrated Terra by using 5 Dual Meow Wow [SAB LV 9] Medals.

Illustrated Terra A was announced on April 29, 2016 via the official KHUχ Twitter, and was released the next day.

In the English version, during the 08/19/16 - 08/26/16 Epic Medal Carnival, players had a small chance of drawing a boosted version of Illustrated Terra A that has 1,000 more base strength.
