By going to the Medal Details screen and tapping on "Inspect", a fullscreen version of the artwork can be viewed.
It was available as a reward in the Key Art #12 Challenge series of VIP Quests from August 28 to September 3, 2017 in the Japanese version[1], and November 27 to December 10, 2017 in the English version.[2][3]
