Yen Sid is a Common Evolve Medal in Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ / Union χ.
Two Yen Sid Medals are needed to evolve a 4★ Medal to 5★, in addition to two 4★ Flora, Fauna, or Merryweather Medals, depending on the attribute of the Medal.
Players can obtain Yen Sid Medals by completing the 4★ Evolve Medals quest in the 4★-5★ Evolve Medals series of Special Quests on Fridays in the Japanese version or Saturdays and Sundays in the English version.
