The Pet System is a gameplay mechanic introduced in Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ / Union χ Version 2.3.1. It allows the player to bring a pet, also called "Spirit", with them into a quest, and use it as a 6th Medal slot.

Medal Points

The amount of points a Medal is worth is determined by its Special Attack Bonus Level and whether it has any traits.

Tricks

Tricks (特技 Tokugi?) are special abilities the pet can use in certain conditions. Pets learn a new Trick when their rank increases.
