The Player hands over the medals to one of the guards, then heads off to the next world.

Guard A: "The medals! Where'd you find them? What? Aladdin wasn't the thief? They were stolen by monsters? All right. I'll get the medals back to the merchant. It might not have been that street rat this time, but I still don't trust him!"

Chirithy: "What's that saying? All's well that ends well! Ready for another adventure?"
